In this article, an ultra-high step-up DC-DC converter has been proposed. The topology of the is a combination cascaded boost converter, positive output super lift Luo (POS LLC), and voltage multiplier cell (VMC). lower values duty cycle provide more than 10 times gain. Consequently, high gain provided beside value voltage/current stress semiconductor acceptable efficiency. With detailed look, it can be understood efficiency have become 12 90.5% based on experimental results while percentage 50%. Moreover, by mentioned cycle, normalized semiconductors 50% exception only 3 semiconductor-based components which stresses unity. addition to all advantages, input current remained continuous solves challenges filter's capacitor. kept low-valued. ideal mode discussed for both continuous/discontinuous modes. non-ideal its related comparisons done. A comparison losses done proposed recently suggested topologies. addition, different effective factors resulted behavior expressed. Finally, simulation outcomes extracted 120 W power compared with theoretical relations' results.
